I knew from the first conversation that we had on the phone that he was the right fit for what I needed.  He ran 4 external data drops around the outside of my home and replaced 4 external cameras with new ones.  We ran into some logistical issues but that didn't deter David in getting the jobs completed.  His ability to quickly assess the situation and provide optional work-arounds shows a depth of his knowledge and experience.  He is about doing the job right and doing it right the first time.  I have already recommended David to several of my peers who expect the same level of competence and outcomes.  This was money well spent. I had the pleasure of working with David at DM Networking to set up my entire home network (router, switches, access points, and cameras). Before he ever came out, he spent an hour and a half on the phone with me walking through what I wanted from the system and suggesting cost-effective solutions - which I really appreciated. He did all of that at no charge, simply to help me make the right decisions and ensure I ordered the correct equipment.

On installation day, he arrived right on time and professionally set everything up. He configured the system, made sure everything was running smoothly, and took the time to show me how to navigate and manage the new UniFi dashboard. Everything turned out so well that I even had him stop by our office afterwards to give us recommendations for a full network upgrade in the near future.

What seemed like a simple move of a modem turned into an Ethernet re-networking job to fix years of hacks working inside my home that don't know coax from a coat hanger. From the many devices, some older technology, others brand new, to the pool equipment, garage doors...all these in addition to the main WiFi access.  Verified Most of my internal wired network connections weren't working. I suspected that something may have gotten in the attic and munched on cables. Dave came to the house and quickly determined and fixed the issue (the network cable to my gigabit switch, while still appearing to be plugged into the wall, was not fully into the outlet).  After fixing that, he re-terminated some of my shoddy work and tested all the cables to insure I was indeed going to take full advantage of my gigabit capabilities.. I'm back up and running and spent less than I originally expected. Well worth the reasonable price!

Dave was great at communicating expectations, pricing and timing. He followed up to let me know he was on the way and when he got here as well. He was on time, worked efficiently and a pleasure to deal with.
